Confidentiality
Information gathered is considered strictly confidential. It is important to emphasise that there are limits to confidentiality, which exist to protect the client and the public. Information can be released to relevant parties in the following circumstances:

with the consent of the client and/or caregiver

to protect the client or public from harm

when required by a court of law

when required by a statutory provision

Philosophy
The therapeutic process is based on mutual trust and collaboration, from the first session until termination (and beyond). Goals are set, and met, together, with the aim of identifying and realising personal potential. The approach is non-judgmental and personalised for each client.
